ELITE ENVIRONMENT
The Exterior Preservation Plan
Stewardship. Clarity. Consistency.
Your home is not a project.
It is an asset.
In Western North Carolina, humidity, pollen, shade, and temperature swings create ideal conditions for organic buildup. Most properties are cleaned reactively β after streaking, algae, or staining is already visible.
At Elite, we operate differently.
Our Exterior Preservation Plan is a rolling, proactive maintenance program designed to keep your property in guest-ready condition year-round β without aggressive restoration cycles.
This is structured exterior stewardship.
Why Maintenance Works
Reactive cleaning requires:
- Stronger chemistry
- More surface friction
- More disruption
Repeated heavy restoration accelerates surface wear.
Maintenance allows:
- Lighter treatments
- Lower pressure
- Controlled, surface-safe processes
- Consistent appearance year-round
Maintenance protects materials and reduces long-term cost.
How the Plan Works
Every property begins with a required Initial Reset Service to establish a clean baseline.
After that, the home enters a rolling four-visit annual cycle based on your start date and season.
The program is built around:
- Low-pressure methods (where applicable)
- Professional soft-wash processes
- Phase-based scheduling (not strictly calendar-based)
The objective is to:
- Prevent environmental buildup before it bonds
- Maintain presentation year-round
- Reduce heavy restoration frequency
- Keep surfaces efficient to service
This is preservation β not transactional cleaning.
The Rolling Preservation Cycle
πΊ Phase 1 β The Reset

- Full exterior soft wash (home, trim, soffits)
- Light winter debris removal
- Pollen removal
- Gutter inspection & drainage check
- Organic suppression treatment
- Light entryway refresh
- Light walkway refresh
- Cobweb removal
- Courtesy Observations
πΌ Phase 2 β Organic Buildup Control
Control buildup during high exposure season.
- Targeted exterior treatment of buildup-prone areas
- Pollen control (as needed)
- Organic suppression (shaded zones)
- Light entryway refresh
- Light walkway refresh
- Cobweb removal
- Courtesy Observations
π Phase 3 β Debris Control (Fall)
Control debris and organic buildup before winter.
- Gutter clearing (as required)
- Leaf tannin spot treatment (on included surfaces)
- Surface rinse of buildup-prone areas
- Organic suppression
- Light entryway refresh
- Light walkway refresh
- Cobweb removal
- Courtesy Observation
βοΈ Phase 4 β Winter Preservation
- North-facing algae prevention
- Light spot rinsing where needed
- Exterior gutter inspection for blockage
- Light entryway refresh
- Light walkway refresh
- Cobweb removal

Whatβs Included in Each Visit
Each maintenance visit includes:
- Targeted exterior treatments based on seasonal need
- Light organic suppression where appropriate
- Light entryway refresh
- Light walkway refresh
- Cobweb removal from accessible areas
- Window service (if enrolled)
Maintenance is controlled, strategic, and surface-appropriate.
Courtesy Observations
At every visit, our team performs informal exterior observations.
This includes noting visible concerns such as:
- Loose downspouts
- Lifted flashing
- Minor overflow issues
- Peeling or failing paint
- Rotting wood
This is not a formal inspection or warranty.
It is an added layer of stewardship.
If something requires attention, we communicate clearly.
